I have been fortunate to run the Eric & Wendy Schmidt AI in Science Postdoctoral Fellowship, A Program of Schmidt Sciences at UC San Diego, where I oversea the recruitment, training, and professional development of cohorts of 10-20 Postdoctoral Fellows across UCSD's campus through a two-year fellowship to apply and pioneer the use of AI in STEM. While I work quite closely with many of our Sciences in AI Fellows in the program, they primarily publish and collaborate with their own individual nominators/mentors/PIs.
